- Deposit holds room until 7 pm on check-in date. If not noted for late arrival, reservation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Please advise of

- 3 night minimum required on weekends and holidays
- 2 night minimum required Sunday - Thursday
- Deposit is refundable only if canellation occurs 3 weeks before arrival
- No refunds for June reservations
- Rates do not include 10.5% tax.
- These rates are subject to change without notice.
- Check-in time 3 pm; Check-out time 10 am.
- Confirmation of your reservation is upon receipt of your deposit. Confirmation not given unless deposit is received.
Balance due upon arrival.
- Mastercard and Visa are welcome. Personal checks are welcome if received 21 days prior
to check-in (No personal checks will be accepted at time of check-in).
- Sorry, no pets.
- No refunds are given for early departure or inclement weather.
